Daniel Gershburg | Attorney at Law

After having a horrible experience with another lawyer who was over priced and never responded to calls Daniel is a breath of fresh air. Mr. Gershburg has handled three closings for me all very reasonably priced. He also returns calls as quickly as he can. My last closing was real difficult and I thought it would never end. I was trying to sell my co-op from a horrible association in Queens and they did all they can to delay but he finally sold it and got me out of that place. He times the time to explain things and make sure everything is done right. I will recommend Daniel to anyone who wants an honest, dependable and fantastic lawyer.

I went into Mr. Gershburg's office with alot of questions & concerns. He listened to everything I had to say and took on my worries as if they were his own. He worked my case in a proffessional and timely manner. He was never too busy to talk to me & was always able to address my questions. He was prompt and great in handling everything. From my one on one with Mr. Gershburg I find him to be someone that you can easily speak to, gives great information and one who I can recommend to any of my friends or anyone who needs an attorney. He follows up on what you ask of him and gives you idea of ways to make you situation better. He is patient and most important he LISTENS to what you have to say. I wish more attorney can take a page from his book. From walking into his office with great stress, I was able to walk out de-stress. I felt like the world had been lifted off my shoulders.
