About Us
“Our goal in establishing Gershburg Law was not only to help the client get through a bankruptcy or to purchase or sell a home, but to answer each question the client may ask along the way. It is not only to aggressively fight for our client’s rights, which every lawyer worth their weight should do, but it is to change the way clients think of their attorneys. We wanted to change the entire way law is done, all for the benefit of the client.
There are many lawyers who will talk at length about how many years of experience they have. There are others who will talk of “aggressively” handling your case. However, some may not discuss with you how “aggressively” handling your case may not be useful, and may cost you unnecessary sums of money. Lawyers will also talk about “individual attention, but not many will promise that their client’s phone calls will be returned the same day. We will. Not many will guarantee that the clients wont be in the dark about the status of their case. We will. We are here solely to serve our clients with whatever concerns or questions they may have. That means that we make a commitment to putting the client’s interest first. But more than that, we make a commitment to making sure the client knows and feels that. We haven’t done our job until all of the clients questions have been answered.
If you are filing for Bankruptcy and you have a multitude of questions, we will answer each one until your satisfied that you know how our next move will affect you. If you are purchasing or selling your house, co-op or condo, we will guide you through the entire process from signing the contract until its closing. Finally, if you need criminal representation for you or a loved one, we make ourselves available 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our toll free number.
Our office can and will guide you through your legal questions. We make it our ultimate goal to earn your trust in the process.”
