		<description>I fully agree that many of these condos that are being built all over Brooklyn are of inferior quality. However, the need for a thorough inspection, even by yourself, also applies to older buildings as well. Back in 2005, I was the &quot;winning bidder&quot; on a co-op in Bay Ridge (built 1925). First time I viewed it, I didn&#039;t notice any structural problems. The second time I went to see it after my offer was accepted, I noticed that the building, and the apartment, shook and vibrated violently every time the R train passed underneath! It was horrible. Like Mr. Gershburg says...Caveat Emptor...Let the buyer beware. No wonder it was &quot;below market&quot;!</description>
