Let me ask you - why do you get paid up front? Why don't you handle the bankruptcy - then - if they don't pay - you can just say "oh well"? Attorneys in your field have deluded themselves for so long that you actually believe you are such heroes. What about the mom & pop store that doesn't get paid because of one of your angelic clients?
