New Credit Card Legislation

    I think you may have posted the wrong link – that article is dated March 7, 07. However there is some buzz right now that Congress is going to take up some interest in credit card company reform which is really good news. And this isn’t just a consumer issue – it also could potential help out small businesses as well.

    I’ve done some work with unfaircreditcardfees.com and not only are average Americans in need of help in understanding all the fees and changing rates the credit card industry imposes, but small business really need some help with things like interchange fees that take a big chunk out of their pockets as well. The American Banker had a really good article about this recently and is worth taking a look at.
