Daniel Gershburg, Esq., named as faculty member at Solo Practice University

So, on this delightful Monday morning, on my way to Delaware to teach attorneys some tips on filing Bankruptcy cases, that I am now joining the esteemed faculty at SoloPracticeUnivsersity.com. Solo Practice University, or SPU for the cool kids, is an online based educational site for attorneys to learn different aspects of the law from each other. IN other words SPU provides online classes, tools, and other services to help lawyers succeed in today’s marketplace.   It’s also so much more than that.  Last month, SPU announced a collaboration with my alma Mater, New York Law School, to form a “Bridges” Online Education program.  The program will basically allow students to learn aspects of real practice that aren’t taught in law school (like, everything).

Ill be teaching a course on, yes, Bankruptcy Law.  It will be absolutely informal yet informative, much like myself.  Folks, I kid…

In any event, because the University is completely online based, we’ll still be in the office every day, until about 8 pm.  Which may be the reason that my social life is lacking.

On a serious note Im absolutely thrilled to be working with an organization like SPU and I’m thrilled they asked me to come aboard.  Much success ahead.
